Ive always avoided bikes that have been imported as it sound like a bit of a struggle to get them legal over here. Whats involved? Is it actually that difficult? Im definitely looking forward to making good use of the 250. Like you say, they very capable bikes by all accounts. Im debating it taking the place of my 125 as an all-occasions machine. Will have to see how it feels once its sorted.

Fingers crossed, once ive had chance to go through it all and feel like it can trust it. Will be looking forward to giving it some advanced testing in the/a field 😉

Yeah, of course. Stretching my legs a bit in to new territory. We've done a fair bit of typical road riding on both the big and small bikes. This seemed like a fun idea to explore, especially after doing the adventure day on the old mt350s up in the Dales. Once ive done a bit of work on it, it may take up a role as the every-job bike. Not meaning that it will require every job doing to it but that it will accomplish all tasks thrown at it. Small enough to be a good, economical commuter but enough grunt and comfort to be a reliable tourer and capable green-laner. Just need to find a way to squeeze 30 hours into each day 🤔
