Chicked pish pash is a fusion one-pot chicken, potato and rice dish created with commonly available veggies, chivken and the famous Gobindo Bhog Atap chal/rice from Bengal. This creation finds mention in the famous cookbooks of Thakurbari ot from the kitchens of the Tagores. The use of butter as the main cooking medium along with a delicate blend of Bong spices elevates this creation to the next level.

Gobindo bhog rice - 1 cup
Diced potato - 2 medium sized potatoed
Chicken - 500 gms
Diced carrot - 1 medium sized carrot
Diced onion - 1 large onion
Grated garlic - 1 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
Whole green chillies - 4
Salt as per taste
Butter - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Whole spices -
Cardamoms - 4
cloves - 5
Pepper corns - 10-12
cinamon stick - 1 inch
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
