- INGREDIENTS -
Chicken (Boneless) - 250gm
Potato (ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്) - 250 gm (2 medium size)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 10 Cloves
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1 Inch piece
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Onion (സവോള) - 1 No
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Crushed Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - 1½ Teaspoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1 Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
Egg (മുട്ട) - 1 No
Bread Crumbs (റൊട്ടിപ്പൊടി) - ½ Cup
Water (വെള്ളം) - ½ Cup
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - To deep fry

Came out really good. Satisfied with the dish. Goes well with 'hot and sweet' ketchup. Spice level can be increased a bit. Crispy. Not too oily. Just right for a happy tummy.
