simple vegan cinnamon rolls.
If you want it looks more fancy, use icing sugar:)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
for the dough:
300g bread flour
160g soy milk
15g oil
15g coconut oil
25g palm sugar
5g dried yeast
30g warm water
1/2 tsp salt
for the filling:
40g palm sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. melt coconut oil if it is solid.
2. combine warm water and dried yeast.
3. put all the ingredients for the dough together and knead well.
4. wait until it doubles in volume.
5. punch down the dough and roll out into rectangle shape.
6. sprinkle palm sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
7. roll up the dough and cut into 6 pieces.
8. put the dough into a tin and wait until it doubles in volume.
9. bake at 350F/180C for 20 mins.

「材料」
パン生地
強力粉 300g
豆乳 160g
オイル 15g
ココナッツオイル 15g
パームシュガー 25g
ドライイースト 5g
ぬるま湯 30g
塩 小さじ1/2
「作り方」
1、ココナッツオイルが固形の場合は溶かしておきます。
2、ぬるま湯とドライイーストを混ぜ合わせておきます。
3、パン生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせ、よく捏ねます。
4、二倍に膨らむまで一次発酵させます。
5、パン生地をガス抜きして、長方形にのばします。
6、パームシュガーとシナモンを全体にまぶします。
7、生地を巻いて、6等分します。
8、型に入れ、二倍に膨らむまで二次発酵させます。
9、180℃で20分ほど焼きます。

still have to try this recipe. Thinking I would brush on the dough a bit more almond or cocnut oil for the filling to stick to but overall will pretty much follow the recipe. Thanks young man!

This recipe is amazing! I have tried it twice with different sugars, palm sugar tasted clearly better than the normal sugar. I brought it to work (I work as a nurse in the hospital) - so a lot of doctors from Austria love your recipe; D I add a little vegan butter to the sugar-cinnamon filling and use a lemon icing. Thank you very much for the brilliant recipe, I love it, the cinnamon rolls are perfect!!

i love his videos so much! finally someone who doesn't add 50ml of oil and 100g of dates in everything! Those stuff aren't bad for you but they end up tasting like oil and dates, i hardly even know what the stuff i'm making is. I love his stuff and i love he uses nuts instead dates!(:

Hi, thanks for sharing this recipe. I used coconut milk instead of soy milk, and overall the dough gets very wet and sticky. Is coconut not workable for this roll?

初めまして。気になった道具がありまして、グリーンのシリコンマット、くるくると巻いて収納しやすそうですが、どちらで入手されましたか?自分が持っているシリコンマットは折り畳んでもスッキリと収納しにくいので悩んでいました。

Keiko Fukuda もちろん元種でも作れます☆ 小麦粉300gだったら元種は20〜40gも入れれば十分かなと思います。 ドライイーストのためのぬるま湯が30gですので、ドライイーストとぬるま湯を入れずにそのかわりに元種を入れて取りあえず捏ねてみて、水分が必要そうだったら水か豆乳でも足してみてくださいませ(^^)

Angie Cho It's a silicone baking mat. As the name suggests, it's used for baking stuff that needs a clean surface. It's good for measuring, too.

Asians generally dislike food that taste 'over the top' or has a heavy flavour. It makes them feel that the food has salt or sugar in access and find it unhealthy and Asians are quite obsessed with health when it comes to food hah.

Enriched Flour = Enriched White Flour, correct? Love your style! Edit: I see you use "enriched flour" in many recipes. My organic store has "enriched white" and "enriched wheat" Edit 2: Aagh! Also "Enriched All Purpose Flour" and "Enriched Self Rising Flour". So many Enriched flours!

+Pasha Davidson since he uses yeast to rise the dough for cinnamons you should use enriched all purpose flour, white in this case because whole wheat flour seems to have lower quantity of gluten, plus he says he added 30 % of whole wheat so you can have an elastic dough to work better but very rich in fiber :)

No, the dough it's too hard, in the milk u put and melt the sugar, add a bit of turmeric for colour and knead the dough with the oil, add vanilla.
