Thanks for the ideas! That Aldi white cheddar is my favorite! I'm definitly going to make the flatbreads. I see them there all the time and never quite knew what to do with them...😵‍💫 If you don't have the flatbreads try doing BBQ chicken quesadillas. Those are one of our family favs and I always have tortillas sitting around (plus they are cheap)! Also, for the pasta salad, try doing the Aldi totellini for the pasta and adding in some ham/pepperoni/salami. It's a whole meal and so yummy. I find that it holds up better for leftovers by using peppers instead of tomatoes (it doesn't get soggy). :)
