@@Matiaza While protein is necessary for muscle growth, I think it's perfectly reasonable to get pretty big and strong on the same amount of protein as Clarence, or even less if you eat the same amount each day. Coupled with a good variety of vitamin rich vegetables and good hydration and calcium levels, you're pretty set to get quite jacked, even as a vegan. Unless you want to be the biggest man in the world. Even then, it's probably possible. Vegan protein shakes are extremely calorific, so I don't understand where the whole protein deficiency idea comes from. In fact, being vegan usually correlates with a lot of people improving their diet overall as a matter of principle (save for the mental cunts who only eat fried tofu and seitan with chips) so said people often tend to get more of the vital nutrients other than protein which are essential for optimal muscle growth.

@@zakariaamin3925 You have to admit, it does make sense when considering all the agrochemicals that go into growing plants and then, at harvest time, you have the destruction of many many small animals who make their homes among the plants. They've done studies showing that a whole lot of bees are killed because of all the agrochemicals. Regenerative agriculture, on the other hand, PROMOTES insects, birds, and all sorts of wildlife. One regen ag farmer demonstrated how you can't poke a knife in any part of his field without cutting worms. Another farmer, in Australia, did a TED talk showing how regen ag restored much of the native wildlife whereas, just across the fence, his neighbor's cattle field was mostly dry and barren because he didn't employ regen ag methods.
