I didn't do much with the colour on this one. Bloody night work makes it hard and Filmed from a phone. But smashed it together semi semi quickly.

All the different color temperature light sources make night shooting difficult as well as not pushing exposure too hard. But looks great

@@nickwoop4153 yeah especially on a phone.. It's far from my first choice for filming but its always with me so I can use it as best I can. But with more detail comes more data and that slows up editing. But I've got some long term plans for that, ie using the mirror less and upgrading the Pc.

Good day Adam, Great video I was in Charlton 2 weekends ago dropping off my son in Mildura then onto Adelaide. Saturday morning Vanilla Slice with mug of coffee at the local bakery was hard to beat with a fresh sausage roll for the road. I thought the S Class were 1800hp 567 roots blower happy to be corrected. Either way it is a EMD & sounds awesome. How is the upcoming season looking & the rail & ballast crossing the Calder before Inglewood looks first class. How about next time a cab view up Gooseberry Hill at Notch 8 would be nice. @@bigman4225 yeah although they actually used 1/2" air lines on B76 and B80 so they are much louder, I guess it helps maintain some originality, but those old Westinghouse horns were always so mellow!

I read the title as “classic Australian EDMs…” and was expecting a playlist of electronic dance music all the way to Charlton haha. I guess you have your favourite tracks - train and otherwise? 😂

Vintage Australian EMDs traveling on the line. Those vintage Australian EMDs bare resemblance US EMD E and F units.

Traffic bollards, trolleys, cows, sheep, roos, trees, you name it we've probs seen it.

I thought all Esses had 567's in em. Both Wikipedia and Vicsig say 567. Anyway, I never believe everything I read and it sounds like a 645 (and on other vids out there) but I wonder what the story is?

Many have been replaced from the ageing and outdated 567 to the later 645E engines.
