Classic Chinese Song CHALLENGE: "Four Seasons Song" 美国女生流利的唱《四季歌》

I really hope you enjoy my version of, "Four Seasons Song". It was originally made famous by (my favorite) Zhou Xuan in 1937!

QUICK NOTE: If you're curious who the "Lady Meng Jiang" is referenced in the last verse of the song, here's a little background: Legend has it that Meng Jiang journeyed off to The Great Wall in hopes of finding her husband who was ordered by the emperor to work on the construction of it. She left for the wall in the dead of winter, carrying warm winter clothes to give to him. Sadly, when she finally arrived at the wall after a long and arduous journey, she found her husband had died in the midst of construction.

This evergreen song debuted in Shanghai in 1939. Recording technology then was primitive compared to today's and did not do justice to Zhou Xuan's "golden voice". Some Chinese in China and diaspora around the world perceived her voice as "mickey mouse-like". Thank you for singing this song in all its glory aided by today's tech. Excellent.
