Stephanie and Derrick Massey have been married for the last 9 years, but their marriage has fallen upon rocky times, as Stephanie has grown tired of Derrick’s lazy, pack-rat, slob routine and no longer wants to pick up for him like a slave.. Derrick, on the other hand, says Stephanie is out of control and needs to stop putting people on blast on Facebook. He also says Stephanie should worry more about cutting down her partying and being at home more. Maybe a cleaner home would help.

I don’t think their problems are that bad or serous. Marriage is constant work and compromise. We need to do away with that old school mess of it being the “woman’s duties” to do all the domestics chores in the house(cook, clean and look after the kids) It’s a team effort! When one person is doing everything ALL THE TIME you can begin to resent your partner. I will say this at some point you have to factor your spouses feelings about going out every week. She doesn’t have to sit in the house and watch the years roll by and grow old. Maybe she should find some time to put him before the friends and going out and he could give in and go on a few outings with her. She is too grown to be acting a fool on Facebook.

I feel like being that she made that comment about when you get a man with a job... Is it love or the job? Because if you are always gone turnt up; you are acting like anything is about him. I am not saying she should not go out but she needs to be considerate too. Sometimes it's just too much to be that way ALL the time. Balance is a better word, he can meet her half way as well. I feel like he a babysitter, watching her sister kids as well. I think he just wants her to be a wife as well. Now when he gone who going to be the next with the kids so she can be turnt up every week? Marriage isn't about ONE it's becoming ONE! Also we don't even know the ages of these children... But the daughter is old enough to cook. So depending on the ages... Why is it a big deal if 2 days out the week, she goes out and has some fun after working 12+ hrs a day. Also... She's extending the invite to her husband... So the kids are definitely able to tend to themselves for a little while. He's a cornball. Antisocial. I think the selfishness is on his end. You want me to be home all damn day, everyday to wait on you hand and foot, clean the house, cook the meals, tend to the children, take care of your physical, mental and emotional needs, all while working a full time job. And where in that whole equation does she fit in.? Ladies... some of the best advice I've ever gotten " Always save a little bit of you for you". We do this shit all day, everyday. No breaks. No sick days. No pay. No complaints about being the one to have to do it. And that's still not enough. When does she get a break? When the kids graduate from college. You're complaining about taking care of some damn kids. Your damn kids. 2 days out the week. In which some of em are old enough and self sufficient enough to tend to their damn selves. We do this shit 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. 365 days a year. 366 on the leap year. Man please. Some of you men have alot of freaking nerve man. It's amazing to me. Smh

During these classic shows, the judge would hardly let a person raise his or her voice not to mention, she gave detailed advice to both parties and covered all the essential issues. In the new show, she allows people to yell and scream and throw tantrums while giving them a hasty few seconds advice which leaves a lot to be desired and allows crazy abusers to get away lightly.
