Natasha Fleming and Robert Allen met at Natasha’s half-sister’s wedding a year ago and instantly fell for each other, despite Natasha being 11 years older than Robert. The mother of 5 children ranging from age 7 to 24, Natasha had her first child at 14 and is now also a grandmother, while Robert is currently in college, getting ready to enter the Police Academy. Robert has no children and is so eager to have a child of his own, with Natasha willing to have her tubal ligation reversed for the second time. They are living together but Ms. Fleming, a self-proclaimed Type-A personality, pays 100% of the bills. Robert says Natasha is insecure and fears that he will leave her if she can’t bear his child. She says she remembers what it was like to be 27 and thinks Robert is going to wake up one day and realize that they are at different places in their lives. Both are eager to take a compatibility test and receive advice.

My sister was 20 years older than her husband. Nobody was for this marriage and everyone thought it would never work.. she was 41 and he was 21 when they got married. She passed away at 71 he is 51. They were married 30 years and yes they had a few bumps in the road but they did have a very successful and happy marriage.

It is not that big a gap. That gap tends to be within the same “life phase”. You stop playing at at 30, so marrying a 40 year old is no big deal. Plus, many women become more confident as they are older - so the petty stuff is gone.

So if you feel invested in knowing what happened next, you can find it (it is harder with women tho, because sometimes they marry another man in the meantime and change their last name). Not gonna lie, I did check myslef couple of times in cases where the relationship was very toxic and I hoped it ended.

She also appeared on Paternity Court on behalf of her incarcerated son at that time and his father was also there… that is her oldest child and they had four more together. The father is a Network Engineer…she was just fast and they didn’t work out, however, they both are very accountable people with careers. (again, I’m talking about the ex husband, not this one)

Look at how she smiles at him after the judge ruled. That's one beautiful, intelligent, strong woman that loves him. And he is a really good, upstanding, dependable man who is clearly working out what his role and position as a man is. So I can understand why he did a couple of damaging things, but he is the sort that actually learns from his mistakes. I hope they're still together, because I love the idea of them having a beautiful blended family. You image being 26 and getting two step grandchildren? That's not something wrong, that is a beautiful gift.

Counselling can be a bit over-rated in my opinion. I’ve seen a Psychologist and it turned out that I was dealing with my issues in the ways he was going to advise me to, before he could even advise me to. Sometimes the best thing for a person is to really acknowledge it and then work through it by making different decisions or changing the way you think about things. Takes soul searching and rational thinking more than anything. I think part of the problem is that we get too caught up in our emotions which, naturally, raises our anxiety. Sometimes the best you can do is take a step back and view yourself from an outsiders perspective.

Yup - the love of my life would do this initially when we would argue as he was allowed to get away with that behavior in the past . He'd pack his things and leave a few days then come back with his shit . It would devastate me each time . It's childish . I am indeed happy with Judge Lynn's conclusion. I grew up in a broken home caused by wife beating,hence I had an obvious disdain for men. But,to God be the Glory,I met a man who has proven that all men are not like my father. We got married and in a few days,we will celebrate our 10 years wedding anniversary and I have never had one iota of regret. Thanks my love,for proving me wrong by doing right.

I see infatuation on both ends of this he is younger and she is older..the perfect scenario for both of them..I think they need a courtship first and then see where the Lord leads them..right now they are in a full blown relationship and they dont seem to be getting to know each other emotionally..physically they are I am sure if she is trying to have a baby..this is not the way it should be these days..take the time to get to know each other people are jumping in head first..and he is your sons age that is weird to me and imagine how the kids feel..you must always consider your family..people say they dont need to or have too but you should..battles are not needed

My first impression was, that is not going to work; however, as the conversation continued, it was very obvious to me that they love each other despite the age difference. We don’t know what the future hold for this couple, just as we don’t know what the future hold for any couple. Yes, he might stray, get tired of what they have and want to move on; but, for now I hope she realize he love her. She need to not worry about him moving on until it’s reality. Then, in the other side it may never become reality and she has worried for nothing. My advice to her is to enjoy the life she has now. Don’t worry about what might happen.
