I had this growing up. My mom and aunt were the only ones I knew of that made this, except they used a can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk and a cup of finely chopped celery added in. The rest was the same as yours. Very good, but if you tell anyone it has cottage cheese in it ...they turn up their nose at it. Do you remember where you found the recipe...magazine or cook book? Thanks for sharing this.

I grew up in the Midwest on Miracle Whip too! Lol And now, I’m the same as you, my taste buds prefer real mayonnaise! Crazy, I know! Now I only buy Miracle Whip for my potato and Mac salad family recipes, because I need it for the sauce, otherwise it just won’t taste right. I also still need Miracle Whip for tuna salad and for Deviled Eggs, but other than that, for sandwiches and everything else I use real Mayo now days.:) 😊
