Looks delish. And yes i remember and still use regular bread instead of buns for my hambugers. When i go to the cafeteria at work they know my burger goes on toasted bread instead of bun.

Hey Tallie Faye Just noticed your sectioned cast iron pan.I have one that was my mother in laws. I use it for corn bread. Love the crispy slices. Yes I’ve had Hamburges on loaf bread and even hot dogs. Love a good Patty Melt.

That base of onions & mushrooms makes a delicious Salisbury steak gravy, make everything just like you have. Do you up a roux, get it to the gravy stage you like and put your hamburger patties back in. Its so good, and justvlike you say "Your just cookin' "😂

I’m gonna have to make this real soon Ms. Talli. It looks really satisfying & hearty. Hopefully it can help me to gain some weight. Strange thing is, I’ll be really hungry, and start eating, & after a few bites in I lose all appetite. I got all the ingredients to make your egg salad, including farm fresh eggs from a friend, & maybe before I go to bed I’ll make some. A lot of protein in it which is what I need
