Clayton helped me through 6 years of absolute hell. 2014 to 2020 I suffered a severe addiction. Been sober since November 2020. Every time I hear Clayton's poetry, I'm taken back to those years and how I thought I would never get better. Thankyou Clayton for having the courage to speak your truth. I didn't feel alone while I suffered.

I wish I could put into words how much your poetry means to me. Until then I’ll just say thank you.

This is the epitome of art. Such a masterpiece could only be written by someone who sees the world for what it is. A clarity devoid of ignorance is not something you obtain but rather something He gives. That being said its a gift you must seek, choosing to take blow after blow you turn the other cheek. What an honor it must be to vessel of the Lord and extend his reach, you're a shining example of what sacrifice brings and I can wholeheartedly say I look forward to hearing you preach. This is the most powerful thing I have ever heard. I'm a youth group leader and I graduate in may with a bachelor's in Biblical Leadership. This is something that I'm going to share with everyone I know thank you for this.

I've needed this. Relapsed on cutting 2 weeks ago and the devil isn't leaving me alone.. it's been hard since I lost my grandpa a month ago from an extremely rare cancer and I've felt like God isn't answering my prayers.. I answered the door to the devil and he isn't leaving.

Currently I sit depressed. At this very moment as I listen to this. Crying. Crying as it’s the hearts way of relief. Your spoken words I hold so close to my heart. There is so many things I relate to. But just hearing you speak my dude. Makes me cry but in the best way ever.

I have to say thank you so much for being an inspiration to me as well as being so authentic when no one else was. I listened to you many years ago (8+ years ago to be exact) while going through the worst situations in my life, and I am so grateful to be on the other side in the stages of healing watching these videos now. Today is Easter 2021, this video popped up a couple times and I finally decided to click on it. Sitting here in a dark room alone, while my family is in the other room enjoying Easter dinner. I listened to your words and they brought tears to my eyes. just wanted to say thank you. Hearing this has given me the will to keep trying.👍

From me and my military family. Me and my beloved lost brother to the Iraq war. He and I got closer together because of this. You spoke of our trials and tribulations...and due to him not being able to speak for himself.....my brother who died for all of our freedoms regardless of political views or whatever may change your outlook; thank you...I needed that....his memorial is 6 days away..... thank you again...

I started crying when you talked about how women do not need makeup. That hit because I was putting on makeup listening to this. ❤️ There was a resin God brought me to this. All of this was so relatable. God wanted to open my eyes. ❤️

The line ‘you’ll never know how much you hate yourself until you’re really treasured’ hit me hard it shows me that these days a lot of people pull themselves down because knowone pulls them back up they get stuck and it’s exactly what happened to me but then the person who pulled me back up pushed me back if that Cliff and it feels like it would never be the same again. I'm confused and scared and I cryed out asking the lord to help me .. give me a answer, help me ANYTHING! Then I wake up now and read a note I left my self reminding me the pain I've been feeling, and what do u know the only video in my inbox was this! Theres so much of my pain I'm scared to face. I don't know what to do or who I am anymore. I cut for the first time a few days ago and last night as I took that blade to my arm. I just stared crying thinking who have I become lord! Clayton, I can’t begin to explain or comprehend how God works. But I know he wanted me to see this. Hear I am, alone in my room battling these demons as they come. I’m in a deep valley and I don’t see the way out. I know it’s Jesus, I know I’m loved by him but I’ve fallen away from him.
