I had went on a die spending spree with all intentions of using them but alas life happened and they are still sitting on my desk untouched. I’m hoping after my vacation I can finally sit down with them and create. I just need to carve out time to practice with my Copics. They’ve been sitting there for years. It’s a pretty stamp set. Hey, Kelley, this comment clearly resonates with many of us! I have by now admitted (to myself AND others 😂) that I have THREE hobbies: card making, supply shopping (window and painful, both) and organising card making supplies. @@stellaolejar9007 Hey, Stella, honestly, I have just resigned myself to the fact that I do have these three hobbies. And I allow myself to take pleasure in re-organising and optimising what I have (getting inspiration and ideas in the process as I „re-discover“items 😂) as well as the browsing (often putting items in the baskets or wishlist, rather than spending money I may not have at the time, and re-visiting and re-assessing them when I do). All good crafty fun…

Love the set and the colors you choose! Just a beautiful card……and you made me laugh! Heck ya - multiple hobbies within this card making gig! I’m always surprised when I just “have to have” a stamp set and then I look at it day after day - knowing at some point I’ll get to it. I had to laugh at your comment about two different hobbies... one being card making and the other being buying card making supplies. 😁 I'm beginning to think I'm in the second hobby. I keep buying supplies with ideas I HAVE got to try, then once I've received them, I can't get myself started. "Looking a blank slate" kind of thing. These cards are beautiful. Thank you for all of the great ideas you share along with your videos, along with your suggestions on how to make things easier. 😀

You are so right about May! I have a third grader. I do more this month than all throughout the year and I help with all the parties and such. Field trips, parties, field day. Its getting hot, kids are ready to be done and are crazy, I see what the amazing teachers go through every day, so much! I so love watching you color and hearing your instruction. I haven't really tried alcohol markers. Coloring hurts my hand more than painting, but you make me want to try. I may need to find a small set to try. Do you have any suggestions?

Seeing you struggle with cutting the foam tape - and knowing you are another crafter who simply canNOT throw things away, like me 😂 - before cutting up any take, I am now sticking it to leftover release paper (e.g. from whole sheets or large tape). With release paper on both sides, cutting is a doddle…

I always love the cards you make Kelly. I'm also learning so much from you, especially at the recent Altenew retreat. I was wondering if you know of anyone who has a comprehensive list of Copic colors to Ohuhu colors, or if you know anyone who would be willing to make me a Copic color chart so I can find comparable Ohuhu colors. I am having a heck of a time finding the information and I want to be able to use some of the same, or close, color combinations that you use. Thanks 😃

Save your release paper from long foam strips that you cut or double sided sheets to add to your foam tape when you want to cut it into thinner strips to stop it from sticking to your scissors….

Love this stamp set! The cards are all very pretty, but the one with the window is my favorite. Unrelated question: do you have a violet color combo? I ask, because when making rainbow color card elements I struggle with the violet color. My violet is just too close to my purple.
