Hey man dumb question but how do you not rub on the tab that joins the front bumper to the fender. I’m running these same wheels on my Mk7 but 8.5 +35 and that’s the only place I rub on

are the RPF1s 18x9 +35 offset? Also, were you able to put those on with no fender rolling?

18x9 235 40zr 18 Offset 35 Squared set up Should do fender screw mod.Eibach Lowering Springs, 034 Camber tops, Whiteline Lower control arms +2.5 caster. -2.5 front camber -2.8 rear camber. No rubbing

@@ProgressionIndustries haha thanks for the extra info...this really clears up everything now. I have a mk6 gti but I don't think I'll be able to fit that wheel on mine without doing some kind of fender mod other than the screw mod. Plus I think the mk7s have a bit more fender clearance

I believe so, I used to run 245 40 r 18 with Rotiform RSE offset 45. It was a flush stance.

...there are conical lug bolts so having to do a lug nut conversion isn't necessary. but going with the conical seat is necessary because that is what the enkeis have...if you swap wheels a lot, a stud conversion might be beneficial

Hey man can I get an update on that setup? I'm looking at getting 18x9.5s for the rear of my mk7.5 and I'm worried about rubbing on suspension components.
