Nothing wrong with repairing and cleaning a car like that and making some cash in the end. I supported my vintage Volkswagen habit by buying cheap dead Toyotas, fixing and cleaning them, then off to a new home they went. Was very worthwhile and fun too.

If you watch any of the "high end" detailing videos, they've got spacious and well-appointed locations, using high end products, etc., and yet, this fellow takes true derelicts and works the same magic with simple products out of dirty bottles, regular old rags, etc., - and he gets them running and back on the road looking very smart!! Must be very satisfying and a great source of pride (as well it should be).

It's a great pleasure to see how barely alive car transforms into time capsule. One day I hope to make my 2001 W203 as well as your E36.

i am gobsmacked at how quiet the engine sounds for something that has been sat for so long! certainly got a gud un here, i would also like to mention that when vaccuming something as moldy as those seats where, its always advisable to wear a mask with filter because the mold spores will not do your lungs any good, but this video is really good.
