You actually don't have to have them the same doing just one is a micro adjust. This is not from me it came from a factory clutch guy at BRP. I have tried it and it works with no side effects.

Engagement never changed. My 2013 mxz 800 engages at 4500. Its too high for trails how can I lower that? Clutch spring?
