These guys are truly professional. I once spoke to a man that has been a sniper in the Middle East, and he always said that the guys that brag of their kills are usually those that never shot anyone. He never wanted to speak of his work as a sniper himself out of honor for the fallen.

That's what everyone says is that those who brag about their kills probably didn't kill anyone, but same goes for the guys that talk about it very vaguely lol. They act like they don't want to talk about it but they will talk about it a little here and there.. in reality, everyone wants to be recognized for the work they did and I don't blame them at all. They have a very dangerous job and are heroes.

That's not true 🤣 depends on the person. When I was in the British army some corporals felt no way about talking about their numbers. My corporal served in Sierra Leone and he said he ended ten people.

To brag about them seems a little ridiculous to me, and feels as if those that do only do so because they want to be thought of as heroes. 🤥

From a military point of view, these snipers epitomize the values of the NATO military training and systems of operation. It's very telling in their mental capacity how quickly Ukrainians adapt to new technology and equipment, leaving their opponents with extreme losses. As a sniper, a wounded private is just as good as a dead private. The higher up the ranks your Russian target is,, with skill and experience, the better off the Ukrainians are that they end up dead, not wounded. Officers, pilots, informants with loose lips, Russian politicians installed in occupied Ukraine. All, better off dead, not wounded. Taking their military knowledge and experience to their graves, making Ukrainian soldiers jobs easier and more efficient to end this conflict, sooner, rather than later.

A great interview giving us real insights into how these heroes deal with the very obvious fact that they see very clearly what they shoot at, to us it may seem cold-blooded but we must remember that none of these guys wanted to be in this position that Russia has forced onto the Ukrainian ppl. to have to deal with! I feel so bad for the Ukrainian soldiers who have to shoot and kill stupid Russian kids who were drafted from poor, uneducated Russian provinces. Sure, you're defending your country from those invaders, but the reality is that a lot of Russian "soldiers" also don't want to be in this war, and are just there because they're forced to be, under threat of torture or death.

I believe he means he aims for a patch of clothing or a button. It helps distance yourself away from the fact that the bullet will hit the person regardless. It's a way of coping with doing your job as a sniper which is a valuable but extremely demanding job But I don't want to put words into his mouth of course. I might be wrong

God bless these men. They are invaluable recon asset to Ukraine forces. Yes there are recon drones but they cannot replace situational awareness of a man, and persistence. Drones need recharging, and nice weather. These men are like stones - they are persistent on the battlefield.

It's actually very cruel to pray for their "victory", because barring an Act of God, it is just not possible. Russia's military was ranked #2 before the war, Ukraine was ranked #26 in the world. Erwin Rommel "Desert Fox", the WW2 Panzer general, said before a single shot is fired, you know who will win by the logistics. Currently, Russia is STILL ranked #2, and all the NATO members, the ones fighting this proxy war with Russia, Ukraine is still insignificant, ALL fell below S. Korea which is currently ranked #5. US, Russia, China, India, S. Korea, Japan, so on. UK, Germany, France, etc were all ahead of S. Korea before this war. And we, US, just ran out of artillery shells to send to Ukraine. Ukraine was before the war, and is, the MOST corrupt country in the world. There are many articles before the war about the corruption in Ukraine. No one says that any more when the situation is far worse with billions pouring in. Zelensky and all his cabinet cronies, fellow comedians btw with NO experience in governance, own multiple MULTI-MILLION dollar homes all over the world, and we just keep giving money to them, and they have ZERO incentive to stop this war NO MATTER how many men are slaughtered in the Russian meat grinder.

Just curious, the sniper says he watched a Russian run from a trench to his place of deployment so he wouldn't shoot him. Is the sniper not allowed to shoot him from wherever he deployed from or something?? I don't get it and don't get why he wouldn't be allowed to shoot the enemy soldier.

He was perfectly allowed to shoot him. He just saw that he was already wounded, running and tripping in fear back to his deployment. He decided not to kill him and let the scumbag feel the pain and horror of being a wounded ruzzian soldier on the front sent there for only one reason. D**TH
