WOW - that's a good deal ! Some Tico friends of ours are selling a 3/2 house in Rohrmoser section of San Jose for $220,000 - and it needs a LOT of work, plus there's NO furniture or appliances included ! Also, just a tiny urban lot - virtually no yard.

Great video. If it possible, in the future can you include any costs associated with being part of a gated community, HoA dues as well cost of fiber in the area that you are sharing. Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for watching and a good point about HOA costs. Typically between $150 to $350 in the central valley depending on the number of units and amenities provided. Fiber optic starts around $70 a month. Here is the link for ICE Kolbi price list.
