Stealing in broad daylight no matter the self-justification throws a very bad reflection on the Thieves.

@louistan7560 Shame is barely adequate to describe totally illegal acts supposedly made in the name of democracy. Makes one wonder if the opposite of democracy is not preferable to this scandal.

@da4dim Absolutely. But when the thieves are high level politicians, they never get to go to jail. The funniest thing is that in case of default, the humble citizens of US and Europe are saddled with the responsibility of paying back the loan. And everyone knows that Ukr. will never pay one cent back ever.

Creative way to steal money from a bank account? Does it mean that the "cow belongs to you, but the milk is mine"?

The bond assets are a contract between Russia who bought the bond and the issuing country. When you steal the interest you are violating the contract. Whomever issued the bond has a "rule of law" problem if the buyer cannot secure both their principal and interest. Spin it anyway you want but this is why EuroClear is worried it will destroy the whole bond market and they are RIGHT.

They are not even giving it. They are LOANING to Ukraine with interest to be repaid to the western thieves while the Europeans will be the guarantees in case Ukraine cant repay the loan back. You cant make this shit up.

Why EVER buy a bond or note from any G7 country or the European Union or any of their entities? You do this once and all future contracts between loaner and buyer can be broken. Good luck funding your deficits. EuroClear must be projecting what their loss of business is going to be.

I guess Russia will now own all of Ukraine & they might also end up owning EU assets in Russia. I think the US/EU just destroyed their bond market & perhaps banking sector.

A just peace plan for Ukraine, please: 📍1 The Parliament of Ukraine must recognize that the state of Ukraine as a legal institution ceased to function on February 22, 2014 and recognize February 22, 2014 as the date of the coup d'état in Ukraine. 2📍 The Parliament of Ukraine must recognize the resolution "On the self-removal of Yanukovych from the post of president" as contradicting the Constitution of Ukraine, violating Chapter V of the Constitution of Ukraine, which clearly states the legal norms of the president's stay in office. 3📍 The Parliament of Ukraine must recognize that the presidency of Poroshenko and Zelensky was initiated in violation of the Constitution of Ukraine of 1996, namely: Articles 69, 71, 92, Clause 20, and violation of the "Law on the Election of the President of Ukraine", and consider them illegitimate. 4 📍The Parliament of Ukraine must recognize all laws introduced after 2014 on the territory of the former state of Ukraine as illegal. 5📍 The Parliament of Ukraine must recognize the DPR within the Donetsk region, recognize the LPR within the Luhansk region, recognize the independence of Crimea, recognize the newly created Novorossiya within the territory where the referendum on the independence of this republic was held. 6📍 The Parliament of Ukraine must develop and approve a new constitution that will determine the real boundaries of the future state, and on the basis of this constitution, proclaim a new state, this state can be called Ukraine.
