Thanks Before Running 🏃‍♂️ I didn’t Do Any Warm Up And Post Strech I Was Feel Lots Of Pain On My Legs But When I started These Warm Up And Post Workout Its Really Help Me 🔥❤️

I'm 58 years old and I'm just trying to get running. Last night I tried just to see my running/walking. I did about 9 minutes per kilometers. My stretching before and after is bad. I'm sore in the quads now. I'm saving your video and I'll try again on Friday! Thanks

Very useful I started to jog recently. This helped me lot. I felt pain near calf muscles . This releived my pain. Now onwards in going to follow it.

Special mention of post-run stretch of Achilles tendon is appreciated. That is very important. Most instructors miss this one.

Hope I can add to this conversation! Over the years, I've come to understand that there are some common foundational issues that set runners up for a myriad of different aches, pains, and injuries. These foundations are often hidden unless you go hunting for them but ultimately revolve around restrictions at the ankle, hip, and low back above all else.
