During the last Coach Robb Podcast (#63), “Toolman” Dan and Coach Robb took apart the plethora of misinformation circulating around in the nutrition world across the spectrum of weight loss and improved athletic performance. The podcast organically led to the question about the optimum ways to exercise, and sport specially train, to not only improve overall health and athletic performance, but also how to do so in a manner that minimizes the risk of any downtime associated with an injury and/or an illness.
