Just to educate you.... You Tube Red stopped making original series. There for Cobra Kia would of ended at two. Netflix saved it... They didn't take anything from anyone. They didn't even ask Netflix to pick it up. Netflix saw the fan base and potential.

@Dark Demonik This is where people are mistaken. Daniel doesn't hate Johnny. Daniel, like Miyagi, understood that Johnny was very much a victim of Kreese's teachings. Daniel said so himself to Robby at the tournament. What Daniel hates is Cobra Kai and everything they stand for. Despite Johnny naively wanting to change it, Cobra Kai is deeply rooted in Kreese's philosophy. To understand the reasons why Daniel wants to stop them, you need to watch Karate Kid 3 to see what motivates Daniel because he has a very good reason to. And from what's happened... it looks like Daniel was right all along.

What I like about this series is it's character consistency. Generally, a series has 1 or 2 annoying characters that makes scenes hard to watch, or the series gets in deep and old enough that main or side characters that are main-stays start to get annoying with their personality, this series keeps everyone pretty equal and does a great job being consistent with everything. I really enjoy this series, I hope it lasts longer than 4.

Of course it was gonna be good. The producers respect everything that came before. Everything even the bad stuff. Which is ok with me. Rocky Balboa and the creed movies did the same things. They revived a franchise. Made it more like the first couple of films but still respected the silliness of its sequels. (Ie rocky 4)

Just finished binging this. It doesn't make sense how good this show is. I literally planned on watching this slowly, but couldn't stop from binging. For fans of the original, the nostalgia factor as heavy this season. This series should win all kinds of awards.

I love Cobra Kai. Season 3 really nailed it. I was a little worried after season 2 because it really took things over the top. But season 3 brings it back to reality whilst maintaining the insane, high quality fighting. It reminds me of anime, honestly.

His girlfriend left him, his formerly weak friend can now insult him and beat him without consequence, and to him his trainer abandoned him. Also, the guy who used to bully him, who then couldn't because he became savage, is NOW in his Dojo! What do you think that does to a man?

I binge watched the whole season and i loved it. It continues the spirit of The Karate Kid as it has done with previous seasons and this one is definitely the best yet. See you same time next year Cobra kai...i only wished there were more episodes.

This show is Nostalgic. I remember going to see Karate Kid 2 with my neighbor when I was 16 back in '86. Seeing the actors from '86 is surreal as time has flown by. I can only imagine how these actors felt when they reunited. All you youngsters out there, have fun and enjoy your youth because after 30 life will pass in an instant.

Okay, I know no one will see this, especially Netflix but I cannot describe how happy I am seeing Cobra Kai getting bigger and bigger. There's no karate or kung fu movies anymore, everything is different but this is something special. You stayed true to the originals with story and all the actors but I am really grateful for this. I hope you will continue series with more than just 3 or 4 seasons. There's nothing like this today. Thanks.
