Always wild to me Nadia was chosen as newcomer of the year in 2020 for RG semi when Rybakina had more consistent results by reaching 5 finals - hasnt aged well

I think it mostly hasn’t aged well since she was injured for quite a while. Hopefully clay season will be better for her, it’s her best surface. But I also agree Rybakina deserved it over her

I don't think Coco is interested in tournament wins rather than defending her titles she played hard in Auckland then turned the juice off she hasn't called off a game but only looks forward to Olympic turn and US open. I guess semi final is money well earned.

Her coach is such a goon. I can't stand Gilbert. I was a ball boy at the L.A. Open in 1986. Gilbert has a ridiculous amount of gear on court -- just absurd. But he wanted even MORE towels. He asked me to grab some towels from the locker room which was a very long run away. I ran there (UCLA Campus) and came back with an arm load of white towels. I presented them to him. What did he say? He said, "Man, these towels are rough." I said, "That's all they had." He did not even think of saying thank you.

Not true they've posted her semi losses before...wta just has bad management and that match had a 2-3hr rain delay. You westerners will drive yourselves crazy trying to make everything political.

Because the Sarriki match had two delays and Coco was feeling ill, it would only park controversy as why not put the game off for tomorrow instead of making them play until 1:30. 1 am. Sarriki was up a set but all most lost it.

the forehand is getting better. she has a better contact point out in front of her. the main problem i see is the same that Venus had at Coco's age: when Coco has a lapse in concentration, she resorts to her old form on the forehand side and the errors pile up.

Podoroska, low powerful hits, poor foot work, good net game and mental strength it's ok. Coco played simple and excellent.

I have a great admiration to the sensations and feelings of American tennis competitor. She can anticipate when she responds the rigid strikes of her rivals at the most critical points. It broadly enables her to take one step ahead of the other players. Coco definitely makes a huge difference with her stability along with her this trait.

Ay ay podoroska... No puedes ni pasar 2 pelotas seguidas ke en la tercera te rematan de un mazazo.. no eres para canchas veloces.. lo suyo es ladrillo nomas.. todos sus partidos en pistas rapidas.. juega despatarrada y sin ideas.. mal preparada.. dejando muchos tiros en la red.. es facil para cualquier rival. Debe entrenar mas y de otra manera.. si sigue asi.. va perder 61 62 con todas..
