*Preheat oven to 160°C.​
Bake the chiffon cake at 150°C for 50 minutes or until the cake is cooked
*I also put 1 cup of hot water in the oven while baking the cake, as my oven has two fans, which will not allow enough moisture in the oven to bake the chiffon cake.
