With warmer weather approaching, this is the perfect drink to cool off. Watch one of our Coffee Specialists take you through step-by-step on how to make a delicious iced latte with the Dynamic Duo™.
Directions:
1. Pour the cold milk into a glass. Drop the ice cubes in.
2. Purge your group head and preheat your portafilter. Remove and dry before grinding.
3. Grind freshly roasted beans and give the portafilter a few taps to settle the grounds. Distribute evenly before tamping on a level surface.
4. Use the razor tool after tamping to ensure you have the correct dose.
5. Place the portafilter firmly into the group head.
6. Extract the double espresso into a small glass for 30-35 seconds. It should look like warm honey with a crema topping of pure black coffee.
7. Pour the hot espresso over the milk and ice. Stir it and watch the blend come together.
