A reimagining of the iconic lever machine design with more ergonomic elements, Leva has an eye-catching design and low profile to encourage customer engagement.
Leva is a cutting-edge cafe centrepiece that encourages engagement, barista experimentation, and coffee conversations while delivering the best coffee extraction in the world. Leva is able to bring not only beauty, but also the satisfaction only found in a truly mechanical system. It is possible to adjust the pre-infusion pressure, shot volume, and extraction pressure for each group.

Thanks to an innovative PID temperature control, Leva's lever machine also improves temperature stability greatly. The digital displays on Leva show the extraction pressure on the coffee puck, as well as the pre-infusion and extraction time as well as the pressure curve of the shot.

Specs:
The Leva X is equipped with dedicated graphical displays for each group. The displays provide live visualisation of pre-infusion pressure, extraction pressure, and time throughout the course of the shot. After the coffee has been delivered, the extraction curve and parameters are visualised on the displays as a graph. The barista has the ability to overlay past visualisations, saving up to four graphs for each group, as guides for future extractions.
Separate boilers for each group head allow barista to optimize temperature for individual coffees.
insulated boilers - Reduce energy consumption while contributing to temperature stability.
PID (steam boiler) - Allows you to electronically control steam boiler temperature.
Exposed groups - Ergonomics and workspace visibility.
Saturated groups - Ensure unsurpassed thermal stability, shot after shot.
Hot water economiser - Enables you to fine-tune the tap water temperature for tea.

It’s coming ☺️ actually already filmed, being edited atm. Ps menu is super simple, for a very complicated machine is actually a really easy machine to use and adjust.

I own a Leva X 1G. I was wondering if one could explain the “toc” sound at the catch of the lever? It does this sound in the video and I would say 90% of the timr on mine…. Breaks my heart every time I hear it…

The way La Marzocco is marketing this with a boring conversation with a meat-bag LLM on retainer is not doing it for me. LA Marzocco should invite a world champion barista come and make some coffee that cannot be done with a Decent. At least put on a show that makes espresso making look fun -- if that's truly the selling point.
