For shop, I prefer Leva X. Because it looks cool, it provides constancy and easy to use; for advanced home use, I would go for GS3, it is a lot smaller, lighter, and have unlimited freedom to around with pressure profile, however, it also means that every shot from GS3 is “unique”.

What makes a good coffee is the barista, the experience, BTW for lever no need to back flush, pre infusion can be done w/o any issue with GS3 MP, that's all the idea of MP vs the automatic GS3, you can use the Paddle for profiling your shots, I think the coffee will almost taste the same in both machines. Once a man said, give fhe best chef the worst ingredients and give the worst chef the best ingredients the best chef will make a better food. I don't agree 💯% but I think it's only a technology difference here, and you'll still be able to achieve similar taste with both machines. Thanks for the video

I ordered a Leva X. I wanted a lever machine. I use a Kees Speedster daily and love it. I know they have the spiritrello coming but I wanted to go with the La Marzocco for the lever machine. The Leva X hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m certainly looking forward to it. Thanks for the video!

Is the idea of a spring lever machine to make your shots more consistent but still give the owner a hands-on experience? I couldn't afford the machine but it seems a strange choice for home.

I know LM up dated the LM and GS3 app but do they have any plans to upgrade the incredibly dated screen / button operation? Also you should do a review on a single group Strada. That’s what I’m wanting to get next once I’ve sold my GS3.

To control any flow profile on the GS3MP properly you need to use two hands. A bit of a sad attempt to mirror the leva profile imo.

The Leva is a dream of a machine... But it's actually one of the most expensive out there 😭😂 who can afford it?
