Hello, thank you a lot for your lessons; i have a question, some teachers have told me that is not a good idea to use the passive voice at an essay because it sounds weird, but considering what you said about syntax, and tone while writing, would it be a good idea to use the passive voice, for example at the TOEFL test?

Hi Adam, around 10:00 mins, you suggested that using transition words is unnecessary in that particular context; however, can we use something like 'To add to the above, these benefits ...' ?

Hi Adam, I do extend my warmest greeting to you. I have studied about if classes in grammar book.They have mentioned if you use past perfect in if classes the result should be past tense of auxiliary verbs+have+past participle; in the ex, started with Terracotta warriors, if clause has been written in past perfect and the result has just had 'could +verb'..It is really a very good sentence and you are an excellent teacher.So please clarify the structure. Thanks in advance.

Hello Adam. Let me tell you I'm a big fan from you, I love your teaching methods, and I take some of them to my classes, I'm an English professor from Mexico, yesterday I did my OTCCC oxford certification for c2 , I got some Marks that I'm not prod of them. 85% Use of English 75% listening and 60% reading (idk why) but the problem is that my writing was terrible, I must have an inform based in charts, I have never written an inform even in my native language, I'd appreciate that you share a video where you show how to write an inform ... THANKS and greetings from Mexico
