6:03 woah, hold on, hold on. 93%, 350% increase in metabolic rate!!!!! Wow! I had to pause the video and listen to that a few times. That's huge, but you'd almost miss it you said it so casually. Great info. Thanks! :D

Hi Dylan, that's amazing. Good for you if your body can tolerate that much exposure. Be careful! You are definitely going to see the epigenetic expression related to cold shock proteins with that routine.

Hi, great video! I have been looking for a while for information with a scientific approach to weight loss and I'm glad I found you! I have a few questions on the topic: 1) You mentioned that the experiments were made on a fairly long exposure of 1h, how are we certain that a few minutes will actually have an impact? 2) How does exercising in the cold (like running in winter) relates to the topic? The exposure to cold temperature would be there, however the body activity would authomatically warm you up. Would that prevent the activation of the gene group? 3) In order to see a significant impact, do you know how often and intensively one has to practice cold exposure? 4) Would you see any reason to avoid setting up a cold night environment to get a prolonged exposure to a medium temperature like 20 C?
