KZfaq let us add pictures! I really want you to see how mine came out! This is my first scene...I don't have nearly any of the same brushes, sponges and couldn't mix paint that well... but I made it work! Thanks for the tutorial, it was fun. It took me 4 days lol!

I'm just flabbergasted because I never imagined watching (or using for background noise) any painter other than Bob Ross, but damn, you're like right there with him in terms of calm voice, positive attitude, friendly demeanor. I also like your format of only having the canvas, your hand, and the pallet in frame. Your channel is good and you should feel good!

This is a painting of Multnomah Falls in Oregon. I recognized it instantly, as I've been there many times and have hiked the trail up to the top of the Falls. Thank you for this tutorial, Feliks!

I did this in Gouache to attempt to learn how to paint in a non watercolor way. Very helpful to get me some kind of start. It almost came out decent too. Not so great around my upper waterfall but a good learning experience, thank you!

Hello, Feliks! Thank you for the generosity of sharing so much talent. I love how you teach; the wealth of details. I don't understand what you are talking about; I don't have the proper brushes; I paint with gouache paint; but when I see that I can do it, I am sure that a good teacher makes all the difference.😍😍😉💪👍👌👏👏👏💘

I don't paint half as well as you, and maybe the painting looks different in the studio, but I think the darkest part of the bridge gives it a slightly flat look that isn't in keeping with the rest of the painting, which is beautifully done.

It looks much similar to multnomah falls, at the same time there is a waterfall named Dudhsagar Falls, India have the similar rail bridge.. Just see.. Beautiful painting...nice tutorial..👍👍👍

Thank you for sharing. I have learn so much from you. Do you customize your brushes? I have considered cutting the bristles of the brush so I can lay down the paint better but I am not sure how to shape them.

I get nervous attempting this style because I can be a bit heavy handed with my values which can turn 3D into appearing flat. I forgot you can dip your paintbrush in water instead of adding more extender. I stopped using Acrylics because I found its fast drying interfere with my Composition. Thank you Felix, I now remember why I suck at Acrylic. Yes it is ok to dip in water so it doesn't dry out. Thanks to you I feel confident to have another go. I hate when Oil Painting you have to worry about Health and Safety, the fumes and pigments are why many Masters went insane. Van Gogh and Goya two I know of. Cheers. Great tips and techniques here. Especially the Monochrome elements. Awesome .
