There are a whole range of applications for this, one example is in the double slit experiment, this experiment uses wave interference to show this. This is where if two waves intersect each other, certain parts of the waves will cancel and others will amplify. This causes rays of light to look dotted on test surfaces rather than a straight line (I am doing a disservice to this wonderful experiment, I suggest you look up the "double slit experiment" it is amazing.) But just as a summary of how this feeds into this topic: theoretically, if you could feed one photon through a small slit at a time, that photon would interfere and cancel out itself because of its multiple eigen states. (this is impart due to the fact that light bends when traveling through these small holes; that is something completely different though) Again it sounds stupid that one particle could cancel out and amplify itself but it is very possible, thus is one of the many wonders of quantum mechanics.

Actually here is my 2 cents about it. Tried it. You have to play this game the way its meant to be played, that means with friends and in a tactical way. if you do it like that, yeah you will enjoy the game a lot. if not, its just going to be an average game.
