This is what I was going to say. The only store that might come close is Forbidden Planet on Shaftesbury Avenue, London. Though not exactly practical to get to for most folks. I can only really get my Manga and omnis online. (Speedyhen/Book Despoitory/Amazon and maybe Travelling Man)

DEL AMO Book Off A-HA! Tis thee one near long beach or Torrance yuuuuup! Love this place too cause 3 for the shops of 1: B&N, Kinokuniya and Bookoff in the del amo fashion mall. The restroom is on the corner near the media center where they sell criterions etc and behind the 2 escalators. 😎

B&N, Kinokuniya, and BookOFF are all in one vicinity near me so I go crazy whenever I’m in the city. I definitely go over budget but that’s okay

Finally picked up Vol 4 of Moriarty. It's been sold out in a lot of places and my local B&N had 1 volume left. Now I can read 4 - 8!!!

Some of the last physical ones i got were skull-face bookseller honda-san vol 2, Another, Platinum End vol 1, Candy & Cigarettes, Devil's Candy, I Hear The Sunspot Limit 2, etc. I ended up spending over 300 dollars this last time so i got like 30 volumes of manga lol.

I just wanted to tell you, personally, as a recent fan and collector of mangas, I would really appreciate a comprehensive video about manga types, I keep hearing Ichi, Senin, etc. and it would be appreciated greatly to have a tutorial on the proper identification of mangas genre. In any case, keep up the good work, I always enjoy your content! ( also, kick-ass quality video production :) )

Hi! I know I'm a year late but here : Shonen - targeted towards young males 12-17 and mostly known for action, battle, and superpowers. Some known shonen are : naruto, dragon ball, one piece, bleach, fire force, hxh, yu yu hakusho, jojo Seinen - this is targeted towards young male adults. It has more of a darker theme than most shonen : berserk, Vagabond, Tokyo Ghoul, monster. Shoujo - targeted towards young female (like shonen) however shoujo mainly has a romance focus with some action like "yona of the dawn" most notable anime/manga that are shoujo would be - sailor Moon, card capture sakura, Kimi ni todoke, yona of the dawn, banana fish, and yeah👍 Josei - equivalent to seinen but for women! Isekai - this features another world, which the main character is sucked into. In anime, most isekai's absolutely suck with only 1 notable one (re zero) in my opinion. I recommend you check out manhwas if you like the isekai genre, they know how to do it well!

Just bought vol 8-11 of chainsaw man and I can't wait to read them. For me, chainsaw man got better as I read more volumes. I'm really interested in starting berzerk, dorohedoro and Tokyo ghoul physical. I'm currently watching dorohedoro anime and I love it

Last mangas I picked up were TPN 2, LWA 2-3, TBHK 2, BSD 1 and MDUD 5-7! Can’t wait to finish them! Great video again as always!

Wish we had more manga/comic shops in England, the big one 30mins from me is still smaller than that B&N. I recently went on a small spree with the money I had and bought Sakamoto days 1,3,4, crazy food truck, Tokyo Ghoul vol 10, Dandadan vol 1 and Vinland Saga book 2; it was lots of fun

Just brought the following from the Kinokuniya at Little Tokyo (Los Angeles): Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku Vol. 1 Sakamoto Days Vol. 1 Kaiju 8 Vol. 1 Mashle Magic and Muscles Vol. 1 Booty Royale Vol 1-2 This was my first time doing Manga shopping. Got inspired after watching you and a few others express their passion for this expensive hobby/passion 😂 Im definitely checking out the bookstores in that mall.

My last physical volume I bought was Mission: Yozakura Family and you gotta check it out! It's a new English physical release that's an Action/Romance/Comedy. It starts out as a very fun and eventually has surprising amounts of depth. Just a high quality shonen series.

I was in Torrance and couldn’t find this location this is the store I wanted to go to but lucked out completely. Great video as well. Last physical manga volumes I bought were back in July JJK 16-19 and 5 BL volumes. I got three light novels this month though Heaven’s Official Blessing volume one and Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation volumes 1&2 (which arrived today).
