Speedforce isn't the force bro. The most common use for it on fatal wounds is just to suspend the body bunslowing down the blood loss so they die in flash time

You can drive your car 60mph down the street, does that mean you can walk around your house at 60mph? When he uses the speedforce to travel back in time, he’s running *through* time. Like a tunnel through a mountain. He’s not rewinding time or rewinding himself back in time.
