Bitte bitte macht ein Video wie man den 9012DC feineinstellt, er läuft schon seit 5 Jahren bei mir, davor der 9004 DC , grandiose Laufleistung. Allerdings weiß ich bis heute nicht wie tief ich in eintauche oder wie ich es schaffe ihn auf über 40% laufen zu lassen ohne das er überkocht. Themen die mich interessieren :läuft er leiser bei tieferer Eintauchtiefe und wie bekomme ich das schnell bildende Proteinhäutchen über dem Nadelrad weg ohne den Doc Line auseinander zu bauen. i have been using my 9001 skimmer for a few months now but i feel i can improve its usability, i use it mainly as a surface skimmer, will it work better if i lower the wave maker so it doesn't move the surface? Or do you recommend using it against the current and raising the wave generator?

I have been using my 9012 for 6 months and sometimes when it’s turned off and on for feeding the propeller gets stuck and stops working. I have to disassemble and reassemble the complete skimmer and test the propeller outside of the water to see if it works; otherwise I spin the propeller several times to unlock it. I also have the micro bubbles issue,sometimes it just looks like the potency or the skimmer is lower and no foam is generated, other times is strong enough and works perfect. Maybe I got a defect batch. How can I solve this? Can I send a video somewhere?

Mine keeps blowing micro bubbles out of the bottom of the skimmer also I'm not sure how deep to have it in the water cheers

Ich habe ein 9004 Skimmer von euch und bin sehr enttäuscht. Habe oftmals euren Support angeschrieben und um Hilfe gebeten. Wenn ich ihn im normalbertrieb nutze kommen unten 10000 Bläschen raus. Baue ich um auf Kontaktabschäumer funktioniert der Oberflächenabsauger nicht mehr und es kommen trotzdem Bläschen unten raus. Kein neues Produkt zugesandt bekommen oder eine kleine Entschädigung für so ein teure Gerät von euch. Total enttäuscht!!!!
