Great videos to watch. Salmon fishing in Alaska is a ton of fun. Cool to see it on a commercial vessel. Will be watching more videos. Gave you a follow.

Thanks! I just edited together another one like this but i like it a lot better! I actually want to pitch it to a pair of fishing gear companies to see if they want to sponsor it before uploading, i'm getting bold now that I'm figuring out how to edit better! haha anyways, the next one ought to be really cool, I think you'll like it

@@RTLivingFree I just started using adobe premier today... so once I start to figure out all the features mine will improve as well. Crazy how much stuff you can do with these programs.

I’ve worked through a bunch of kinks as far as editing and more importantly planning the video so it edits together well. I’d be glad to help you learn it, it’s so fun once you get the basic down

Hello, new subscriber here. I am enjoying watching your videos. So, a bit strange, but I am plotting a novel and my research landed me here on your channel. What is the cell service situation while working? Do you have access to cell service/internet daily? Do you stay on the boat overnight? I have spent weeks researching and have found very little in way of concrete answers. Would love any feedback. Any info would be much appreciated.

What I want to know is how often does someone fall overboard?

imagesinLA very infrequently, it can actually be a major problem when someone falls off! You can get tangled in the net or a rope and drown, at best you may end up in hypothermia from the water and the exposure because most days are cold and rainy and you’re often fishing in parts of the ocean receiving glacial runoff. It an actually be quite the ordeal. I’ve never fallen off the boat

Oh it’s definitely possible to fall off, it doesn’t take much 😅but most moderately athletic people can manage to keep from falling pretty reliably. Its incredible how much more athletic you get when you can’t afford not to be!

Great question! I might use this in my Subscriber Q&A video coming up! As far as WiFi, you just don’t have it when you’re working lol comes with the job 🤷♂️ some service providers do provide okay coverage in the Prince William Sound so you can get the occasional 4G streaming, but opportunity to veg and watch KZfaq is limited out there
