Fantastic speech and insightful words, very relevant in 2022, so glad I stumbled upon it. This type of knowledge really should be taught in schools. Our mental & physical bodies don't come with instructions. Biology is all powerful.

Interesting he mentions 'high processed with heat' harms foods, especially dairy. Casein heated produced a ton of excess free glutamate (aka MSG). This is the same reason why autolyzed proteins, hydrolyzed proteins, gelatin, beef jerky, etc. are loaded with MSG as well.

Thank you for such rich information!! The only thing now we know is different is estrogen in soy protein is actually phytoestrogen and it doesn’t work the same as human estrogen , they don’t act on those receptors .soy protein is actually alright in moderate quantities

1:13:58 WRONG INFORMATION... SOY DOESN´T RAISE THE LEVEL OF ESTROGENS IN HUMANS. Soy have phytoestrogen is not the same as human estrogen. That have been a common misconception for many years, obviously he didn't have the right information at that time.
