Many gathered at Utica City Hall and the State Office Building to call for change following the shooting death of a 13-year-old.

I will not go after the cops I will asked his so called friends on what really happened. I will not protest because I’ll understand that it was my sons wrong doing that cost his life but then I’ll sue the police department because syt that’s money on my pocket. And fyi I don’t have to worry any of that because I know that my son will never point a gun at a police officer so no money for me haha

These people are delusional. The kid was armed with a realistic looking gun, fled from the police and at one point, on video, points the weapon at police. He also was likely involved in recent, nearby, gun point robberies. What do they expect from the police, they are not superhuman. Its sad he was so young, but he made some very poor decisions and why did his parents let so young a kid be out so late at night.

I agree with everything you said except for the parents part. We don’t know enough on how they’ve raise their children to accused them of anything. Maybe they were asleep because they have worked the next morning and this kid snuck out. My point is don’t judge the parents until we know

Cops these days are danger to society they are way to trigger happy. Even in this case, the officer shot the boy so fast he nearly hit his fellow cop who was laying on the teen. By the way...I haven't seen one video where the kid points the replica at the police.

The government want us to obey the law while our former president or future president has 37 felonies. And our current president son is convicted of 3 felonies in federal gun trial. While the kid have zero felonies and was killed in less than a minute. If we hit our kid we go to jail for child abuse. But they can beat and end our kid life in less than a minute when they are trained on how protect themselves. The kid isn’t trained. Shot while laying on the ground shouldn’t be necessary. We all have different point of view.

I.have nothing more to say other than its sad tje boy lost his young life and how it happened but the kid was out at night with a fake gun 🤦🏾‍♂️ probably to commit a crime rob some one or something cops pulled up he ran ...why you running with a fake gun for smh now the cops look at each other as family brothers and sisters same as soldiers etc these officers dont know the gun isn't real so while on the ground he shots thinking the boy might get a lucky shot off and wound or kill one of his partners thats just how i see it cause the gun was still in the boys hand

This didn't just go national; it went international. I saw it on The Telegraph's YT channel and at least one other UK news outlet. Most folks all around our country and UK are saying the same commonsense things. Even more pronounced in San Antonio and other southern cities. Many folks think our mayor is being too soft. (I think he's handling it perfectly well, just for the record.) Peace and blessings upon ALL involved. 💕

People blaming the parents believe it or not it’s not their doing, Karen mother love their kids but it’s more on the kids as we want to hide things from our parents. The big problem is proctor high school, you have the Karen kids against the black kids and vice versa, it has not become a safe or great place to learn when you have to worry about getting beat up or stab IN THE SCHOOL or GETTING ON THE BUS. It’s not always at home, but the crowd and people who that they are in, and not much or enough is being done about it.

This family just wants to cash in. That’s all it’s about. Fact the kid was a suspect of arm robberies, which came in a 911 call fact The Kid pointed a fake gun that absolutely looks so real at Police as he was running away fact the police tackled him fact the kids still had the gun after the police tackled him fact one police officer was constantly hitting him to get him to drop the gun when he was on the ground fact the police do not have to wait for the gun to be pointed at them again to use Delhi force this case is 100% justifiable but the idiots don’t even want the police to shoot somebody that has a gun that absolutely looks real
