Look into Davies Craig water pumps. They are external. May solve your intercooler, radiator, fan situation...

Hello! I have a '77 Datsun 620 that I'm currently getting prepped for a KA-T swap and your front end clearance issues are something I'm also looking into, as an effort to plan ahead. I think I'm going to go with an air-to-water intercooler and locate it "somewhere else" with it's own electric fan..... I don't know!

I thought about air to water also but I think I found an intercooler that will work…..maybe lol. I want a Datsun pickup so bad. There aren’t many around here.

What a great video. I was looking at getting this manifold for my Datsun 620 that I KA swapped. Is there any chance you could tell me how far of the engije block the wastegate part of the manifold protrudes? Thanks again for the video!

The very outer tip of the 2 bolt flange for the wastegate is approximately 8.75 inches from the cylinder head.
