I‘d go with the 1:16 E Revo VXL since I would only drive it on flat asphalt roads and it is cheaper. I wouldn’t get the brushed version because as I’ve read from some reviews of it it is slower than my Carrera Red Bull NX2, the top speed of the E-Revo brushed is like 30-40 km/h while the top speed of the NX2 is 50 km/h. I think I’ll get the Rustler once when I will also drive offroad but for now the E-Revo VXL is most likely going to be my next RC Car.

Great video and I liked the fact that it is detailed like your other vids! I was looking for such a comparison video. I think I go with the mini evero VXL, I don't bash on extreme off-road terrains. And correct me if I'm wrong, the erevo model looks to be more durable - given its size and weight.

Thank you. I used to have a mini e revo I liked it the arms need to be upgraded to rpm arms though. But otherwise they are both pretty durable you can't go wrong with either one.

@@OverBudgetRC That's great. How does the MERV drive on sand beach? Edit: I think J3Speed looks to be a better option rn with its lowered price.

@@imDanoush Never tried it but it may get stuck in really soft sand. You may need the summit tires for the beach

Thanks for the video. I feel like rustler has more option to break somewhere of it 😅 I think shock towers and also shocks himself will break first. What do you say about it ?

I've had both, they both break lol. The shock towers on the rustler are really good the shocks are junk I immediately replaced them, the mini revo shocks are good. I've broke chassis, arms and bulkheads on the mini revo the rustler has broken arms, axles and shocks if they were left stock.

If guys are bashing or driving on grass, being low to the ground is NOT a feature we want. Going smaller and going to horizontal shocks is a move in the wrong direction, IMHO.

I don't think the cantilever shocks are an issue whatsoever, it's actually easier to raise a revo than most trucks because you can just swap the revo rockers for summit rockers or even put summit springs and/or A-arms in it. I do agree that smaller is not great for bashing though, especially if you have a 3650-3680 brushless motor in a 1/16 scale. It gets heavy which means easier breakages.

wich is bether e revo 1.0 or rustler 4x4 vxl?

The 1.0 meaning the large e revo but the old one? I would say the rustler 4x4 the 1.0 had a lot of reliability issues there were a lot of parts that broke the 2.0 is a huge step up from the 1.0. But if you mean this mini e revo vs rustler 4x4 then they are both good but if you drive in grass you might want the bigger rustler 4x4.
