FULL 1-HOUR UNCUT VIDEO - Caren Z. Turner, a Democratic lobbyist from Tenafly, has resigned as a commissioner from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, after an investigation was opened into what agency officials would only describe as "profoundly disturbing conduct." Turner's resignation allegedly involved her intervention in a recent traffic stop in connection with her daughter. Turner apparently flashed her Port Authority badge in an effort to intercede with police officers on the scene.

I'm surprised she was never fined for dropping the F bomb in his face. I have a friend who was fined a few extra bucks when he said "are you shitting me?" in an officer's face when he was told he'd been pulled over for doing four miles over the speed limit.

On a federal level you cannot be punished for exercising your right to voice displeasure towards an elected official or other government representative as long as you are not threatening or inciting violence. However, some States and cities have anti-obscenity laws that make it a punishable offense to use profanity in public settings, but that isn’t usually the case.

Yeah, on one hand it’s obviously not her fault how she was raised. And she was definitely a lot more respectful than her mom. But from all the talk about Yale, to the three houses, I think it’s clear that this family was either born in to money and could get away with not worrying too much about many of the problem of the real world, or this Commissioner was VERY comfortable getting anything she wanted for herself and her family including houses and school from her power, or both. Crazy how this country is better to live in & less corrupt than most, yet still so messed up. Glad the mother finally faced consequences though.

So much patience. Officer knew he didn't have to speak with mini Caren. He knew she was a dumbass but he was being kind. When full fledged Caren showed up it was a wrap. However, big crazy Caren was not taken to jail for DUI on Easter weekend after she was served a little more wine than she could handle.

I had a trainee in my big truck like that, she bragged about how she always sends her food back. Wasting my time and everyone else. She'd waste my time all day then say I'm going to bed and I'd be up driving all night. She didn't care about the delivery, the company we were driving for, the shipper, the receiver, or our fellow citizens counting on us to do our job. I booted her after two weeks.

The boyfriend/ driver politely asked the officer several times to walk him through the next steps to take, listened attentively, and later thanked the officers. Caren Turner was actually rude to the boyfriend by not turning to him for the information he had collected from the officers. She denied him his responsible role. The boyfriend was also going to have this event on his record for driving an unregistered car, and a significant fine to pay.

Attempted intimidation and bullying behavior by anyone is the sign of some psychological issues. Sometimes it is the cops who are bullying, sometimes it's a guy at work, and in this case it's mother with a kid who goes to an ivy league school. More often it is people with some power who get angry when others do not submit and obey.

J H07 I have seen the last part of this exchange a number of times. This is the first time that I have wanted the full police video and I must say that feel these officers more then earned their paycheque. The police and the students had everything in control. That mother deserved to lose her job. One other thought, if the driver is over 18, it may have violated his rights if the officer had gotten into a discussion about his situation.

Black shuck Well, they should have tried to stop mom from doing what she was doing, IMO. The daughter was old enough to know what mom was doing was wrong and very out of line. The daughter let her carry on imo, because she’s seen her mom be successful with her aggressiveness before and get results, so she was hoping it would work this time and perhaps fix things so could enjoy the rest of their day as planned. She was passively to blame for letting her mother intrude like this. My mother can be very controlling and demanding at times, and I’ve had to speak up when she’s acted somewhat similarly on my behalf before (not this bad, but bad enough to create a drama event) - so I’ve had to tell her to be quiet and let it go.

Linda Harper maybe you have to be an attorney to be commissioner! I have no idea....either way, she certainly isn’t either anymore. Lol! Obviously, she forgot who she was, while asking if they knew who she was, and lost touch with the realities of not driving in an unregistered vehicle like those kids were. I wonder how she now fills her day........I bet it isn’t asking “do you know who I USED to be...?” Lol! Ahhhh....🌸

If she was an attorney the policeman would have stated what the traffic stop was for too her. The police are not allowed to conduct an investigation i.e the license plate check, without probable cause. Therefore was the policeman doing his job or acting as an administrator/code enforcer? To establish if the stop was lawful, an attorney may have asked the following questions. Was there a warrant for the arrest of any person? Was there a breach of the peace? Was there an emergency? the police car lights appear to be flashing. Were people in the original car engaging in commerce? If all the answers are no, was it an unlawful stop? Additionally, what status is the policeman acting as and what jurisdiction is he acting under?
