Fun fact: If you use an SSG with meathook imeddiately after entering a boss room with the zombie boss, the meathook will pull you to a sweet spot where the boss only uses melee attacks but they never actually hit you

Tip/advice (idk if someone said it already but just in case) don't be afraid of upgrade things, if you regret you can recover the points and everything with the button in the right top corner (with the symbol of recycling)

to simple words. gauss / minigun stack bounce and multishot if u got one avi / minigun, keep it in use, get steadfast, mfg suck. use unmaker if u got some problems with map placement and cc

Or the terrible odds. I have played this game since it came out. You literally cant beat the later levels.. even if u buy the loot boxes.. in fact the game will only drop commons until there are no possible commons to drop because the game knows you can fuse.. so you get 2 of everything. And after you do that, then.. maybe you can progress

So I have a max level common chaingun and I already love it more than the Plasma Rifle or Combat Shotgun. The Chaingun is so good sometimes, I forget to use/upgrade my secondary

I’m liking the burst rifle right now, it’s currently the best weapon I have. I have a helmet that gives 90% more crit damage and a gauntlet that gives 12% attack speed, I go for every crit related upgrade I can get and it becomes a crit machine. Also I like the ballista better because it only needs one upgrade to be good (arbalest) allowing me to focus on rifle upgrades more. The aoe is nice too. I’m able to grind DHB part 2 consistently with this build right now. The burst rifle also has very long range and accuracy which is nice and it’s kinda fun figuring out when and where you are able to stand still, it’s kinda like the reverse of the combat shotgun play style.

Yeah! Gauss is awesome. I’m so close to an epic one! Base damage 111k something BFG is definitely an upgrade from crucible too for sure.

I got lucky last week and got a purple gauntlet that makes my attack speed 20% higher, its helped me so much im finding everything up to level 8 quite easy now

Nice!! Yes epic gear is very good - because even though you don’t have damage from it, you attack faster, meaning more damage per second! Plus, the upgrade abilities mid match benefit most technically from upgrading damage and attack speed equally - but gear is fine either way. Even still it’s a minor difference I’d say.

I am absolutely loving the game. I'm hard stuck on level 8. Regarding this video, the loot system dictated my weapons and gears... I started with machine gun and then opted into shutgun cus I got a green one. And as I started getting more and more gear I started to adapt... From my experience the loot system is too harsh, you can't really choose.

you can dismantle the weapon and it’ll give you all the materials back and the weapon at lvl 1. as long as you don’t have it equipped, so you can try all the weapons

@@flydraulics552 but the difference between a level 40 combat shotgun and a level 20 chaingun is so huge that if you want to have any chance you have to use the shotgun and adapt a whole new playstyle until you get a green chaingun.

My opinion: Best to worst Main weapons: 1. Chain gun (especially Energy shield) 2. Combat shotgun 3.plasma gun 4. heavy cannon 5. burst rifle Best secondary: 1. Ballista 2. Super shotgun (its only an ACTUAL GAME CHANGER if you have the meat hook and I think the weapon is still very strong) 3. Gauss Cannon (is only good when having pierce and bounce) 4. Rocket launcher Best ultimate: 1. BFG 2. Unmaker or crucible 3. chainsaw All ultimates are effective but there is huge difference between each rank Best launcher: 1. Acid spit (because of volatile + 4 peirce bullets) and if you like gauss cannon, than acid spit is even better and it is my favorite maxed out secondary weapon) 2. Frag grenade (because of cluster bomb) 3. Arc grenade/Flame belch (cuz multi attack) 4. ice bomb (equipment coming soon in this video)

The frag grenade is really good upgraded with cluster and radius but will cost you two perks where as the acid you dont have to upgrade i do prefer frag but i have epic acid 😅

Ahh what about frag and like. Inaccuracy? Even if it’s an explosion. Like being lobbed somewhere vs direct hit, and damage debuff? I’d like an epic acid!! The debuff plus damage…!

@Allstin so wehn you get cluster bomb and radius from the perks with the frag grenade its very strong hits hard and clears good.. and my acid is still at lv1 🙈🤣

I'm running gatling gun x SSG I hardly use the shotgun as the gatling gun with steadfast is great at chilling in one place and completely lazering the room

Have you tried Gauss? It’s long range unlike the ssg

I feel like the reason you don’t like the ballista is that your comparing it to the Gauss cannon. Gauss does super heavy instant damage that can be multiplied several times with bounce and multi shots. The ballista on the other hand, fires a delayed heavy damaging splash damage attack, and with arbalest and destroyer blades it can easily clear out enemies. See how they serve completely different purposes? Of course the ballista won’t seem high damaging when you compare it to the highest damaging weapon in the game! You should instead compare it to the rocket launcher; it is also used for clearing out large groups. Then you will see how good the ballista is because a normal shot with both weapons has almost the same effect. But when you get the arbalest and destroy blades it becomes the best weapon for clearing rooms, which is exactly what the rocket is for. If you get the tactical advantage upgrade for it, which increases attack speed after killing with ballista, and pair it with the UAC gear, now whenever you use your secondary you get increased, critical, attack speed, and damage

Oh yeah you make solid points about purposes - if they serve different purposes, they can’t be compared exactly 1:1. I’d like to see it used well and come into the meta, and I think in time we can see more play if people mess with it

i’m in world 6 and i’ve been using chain gun, gauss, and bfg. would you recommend heavy cannon instead if i have both chain gun and heavy cannon at uncommon rarity? i absolutely adore the chain gun but if the heavy cannon is better i am all for switching. thanks in advance!

Chaingun is definitely better. Plasma rifle is better than the heavy gun too. I have them all to lvl 60. Gauss Cannon is EASILY the best secondary. I use BFG for the bosses as you don't need it for the regular levels if you have a levelled up Gauss.

Dont know if this ist the right place to ask, but i completed the 4th chapter and it showed me the rewards that i got. There was the bfg and a demonic helmet. But it is not in my inventory. Anyone else had such an issue? I restarted the game but to no efect😢

Just like in Doom eternal the Unmaker doesn’t stand against the BFG. I was using a combat for awhile with the rpg and bfg. I’m actually running his gun loadout rn believe it or not. Along with a full demonic set of armor

Guys I need help. Basically, I don't get how people get so many rares and epics, and I don't see how I can progress without them. I have 3 rares (chaingun, uac helmet, and cultists chestplate), and no epics. I'm already at Hell on Earth 1. For those wondering, I did buy a 10 dollar pack for the game. I'm also using gold slayer, because he has better stats than mini slayer. So am I doing something wrong? Why am I getting absolutely no epics whatsoever? I feel like this late into the game I should have at least 1, especially considering that I can't even make it to the first boss of hell on earth due to how much damage everything deals. Please help

I been playing everyday since release & I’m never got a purple . Doing every daily, battle pass . My friend just started 2 days ago and has 2 purple lol . Hate this game so much

Don't bother trying to grind to level 61... I just did and it reset me to 60, unable to level up hero or complete the final mastery! WHAT A RIP OFF

They’ll make a new max on a future update, the slayer suits have level 80 perks too

@@Allstin True... but with the current cap at 60, if it is intended to be at 60, the skill mastery tree isn't even able to be completed. If it IS intended it's beyond sloppy given they've laid out slayer goals all the way to 80 and created an impossible mastery tree. I've messaged support. If they update me I'll be sure to update this post
