In demo, considering removing carpet after paint. Your carpet will be a “free” catch for the popcorn scrape, drywall compound, and paint drips.

Looks nice. It would make my heart warm if the sides of your curtains were hemmed. Sewing machine works pretty much like a band saw. You can do it. So many DIY videos on this website that glue and tape fabric together. Sewing straight lines is so easy.

You could make that into a air B n B, not sure if that area is a tourist area, but if it is, you can rent it out all year round after you finish with the entire reno of the house. Btw, few changes on your bus (maybe), is the folding door, I've seen people changed that to a regular door, , add security system, add solar panel on top and finally add a system to collect rain water so you don't have to constantly have to get water for showering, etc. If you design a way to collect rain water on the top of the bus then have the water drain down into the bus through pvs pipes then it will solve a long term water issue because it will always rain. And if you drive to certain states, it rains like crazy all the time (cough, cough, Washington state or Oregon). Sorry for leaving such a long comment.

In the future in making curtains leave that extra fabric at the bottom and crease it and fold the raw edges and glue it in place. Do the same with the raw edges on the sides. It will give your a much more high end look and they will look truly custom made. The extra fabric at edges and bottom folded over gives the drape weight and prevents the edges from getting wavy and stretched.

A structure is often called "plumb," meaning it is straight up and down, like the walls of a building. When something is "level," it's straight from side to side, like a shelf that's been properly installed.

What really pushed me to get after the Reno, was the whole wood wall, (pegboard or not)... I have got to get the MCM back into my house and this is the color: warm, cozy, and "bright". Walnut and rosewood "color" really dampers the light down. Kudos!👍👍

Overall very cool. For the lap joints, I used a drill bit of the same diameter as the board width and then used the saw. It seemed a little faster to do it that way. Instead of the pegboard, a french cleat headboard could have been interesting. You would have much the same modularity. and a very clean look. Loved the bookcases and the idea of using pocket screws into the studs. I could see doing the same kind of bookshelves in a home office Maybe even as a built-in desk but I would add adjustable shelves. None of these comments are meant to be criticism more just ideas that you have given me watching this project.

I love it!!! Maybe next time you do a peg board project try doing it with a "negative space" effect, Black surface behind any openings. I think it would give the peg holes at minimum more definition/shaper look. I saw someone do it in how they had done their ceiling. It was a really cool effect and made the lines around the panels pop and almost made them look like each panel had a frame around it, is the only way I know how to describe it.
