Feb 12th 2024, I was admitted into hospital. Feb 14th, I was diagnosed with a Schwannoma, Feb 23rd I had a nearly 10hour surgery to remove it. It’s now May 2024 and I have my life back, I’m still recovering and we’re going to do radiation to get the last of it out but the scary part is over. Immediately after the surgery and for three weeks after I had intense unimaginable pain but my surgeons were amazing and I’m eternally grateful for what they’ve done for me

Amazing story! Such a strong woman and brilliant doctors! Coping with that complicated disease as tumor is already a progress, much hope and so many lives!

i had spinal tumor t7 t8 , its removed with surgury in auckland nz. it was 8 hours surgery. now its recovery time . hard time. 28 years

I was wondering I have a possible sheath nerve tumor And I’ve developed a cough and some vomiting . I have a contrast mri next week . What where your symptoms ?

Is it cancer or not ? My sister has Shwannoma. She had spine and ovary surgery both now the tumour back again and the doctor said it’s cancer .

A disease can attack anyone at anytime. Even as doctor's we are not completely excluded from eminent illnesses but with careful histories and investigations we discover and treat the right ailments.

My wife was diagnosed with spinal tumor almost 1 year,everyday shes suffering the terrible pain its because we cant afford for the surgery to remove the tumor...😭
