You can FEEL the suspense. The intensity of the scene this is put into. The choice of music by mad house was AMAZING. Every ost you could know what it refers to without watching the scene or the show. The music is so good that it makes you IMAGINE a scene for it. This gives a scene of where there is tension between 2 ppl or 2 groups of people. The intensity means there will be consequences and the suspense shows that we don't know what the result will be. Its so amazing

"Kingdom of Predators" has a double meaning because at first you think it refers to the Chimera Ants but then you realize it's actually referring to humans.

Tale as old as time. Is the beast evil for acting on is instinct or is it man going againts his selfish instinct of self-interest over all other life forms an act of hypocrisy. Man and beast, which is which? The soundtracks are so perfect for the serie.

This is by far my favorite piece of orchestral music ever written. My whole body tingles when I hear this, it's the same feeling I get when I listen to Wings For Marie by Tool. I would say that I wish I could hear it again for the first time, but honestly every time I hear it, it feels like I'm hearing it for the first time.

Personally I prefer 1999 version ost especially with tracks like legend, quiet confrontation, and kurapika’s theme.
