I got this ship a long time ago, thought it was terrible. Then I guess at some point they gave it Khaba guns, with that crucial much faster turret rotation, and suddenly its a ship I have a ton of fun in. xD

The sad part is yuros right, until you have legendary khaba and can actually shoot range with aft, tash is better in every way. because the only advantage khaba has is shattering some he.

Russian/Soviet Navy was just a glorified coastal patrol fleet. Last time they went out of that pond, they got rekted by a Japanese Navy using bought overpriced ships that they didnt even produce themselves.
