Yamato's maneuverability is actually fine. It's the turret traverse that's crap and prevents Yamato players from being able to maneuver as freely as they otherwise could.

@@montagistkacke7431 Sorry, let me rephrase that. The maneuverability is fine unless you're a noob who doesn't understand proper positioning. The turn radius is average and the speed is also average. What's not maneuverable at all are the guns, and you have to compensate for that. I can tell you've never played the Yamato before, kid.

@@Spectacular_Insanity Oh, calling me a "kid"? What a convincing argument, I dont think I can beat that. I HAVE played the Yamato. The speed is not average, its slower than every other T10 bb in a tech tree (not sure about the premiums). Its not a big difference with 2.5-3 kts, but its slower. The turn radius is pretty good, but the rudder shift is the second-slowest at T10, and the only ship that is slower is the Montana with 0.1 second difference. But ok, the manueverability might be fine. I didnt even want to say its not fine for itsself. All I wanted to say is that its not really good compared to other T10 bbs.

Some people think getting a High Tier ship supposedly makes things easier. Tier 10 is pretty harsh, IMO the most unforgiving tier in the game. You mess up and pretty much any of those ships out there will make you pay dearly. Kremlin for example, despite her bow on / tanky nature, the moment someone sees her sides, it's game over.

Warmaker01 that's bullshit regarding the kremlin. I've pummeled kremlin broadsides with most other tier 10 BBs and all I get are overpens, a shatter here and there and normal pens. Or RNGesus just hates me that bad... but yeah tier 10 is hell on wheels and you'll be set on fire 20km away with the first shell ;)

If you really want to have fun just stick to t8 DD’s, you know, because a tier 4 DD, can still easily sink a tier 10 ship if it plays like every american DD should be playing until tier 7, which is being a sneaky boi with islands.

To put it in a simple term: Yoshino is basically a Zao, with bigger gun and thin armor. Plain and simple. ;) And while I will always stick with my beloved Zao, Yoshino is a Coal ship, so I will pick it up since I have enough coal anyway. ;)
