From 1942, here is "Concerto In B Flat Minor," made in Technicolor by the Screen Gems cartoon studio as part of its' "Color Rhapsody" series and released by Columbia Pictures. In this one, an eccentric symphony orchestra conductor has his hands full with his musicians conducting Peter Tchiakovsky's concerto----and with a peanut-munching patron from the audience. This cartoon was produced by Frank Tashlin and directed by Bob Wickersham, with animation by William Shull and James Armstrong, story by Leo Salkin and John Hubley, and music directed by Edward Kilfeather. This print is a re-release of the cartoon.
