Migration looks like a chaos tactic, also suddenly present in the USA now, after being for quite some years in Europe. It can be investigated where this tactic originates from, for example looking at the existence of the pattern which point to a common policy. Is this an undesirable influence and by which entities? Is it used for coercion and by who?
