I would only add that there are times where plastic surgery and the like, reconstructive surgery I guess, can be a medical necessity. I believe God has a reason and a use for every profession. As for the sub count, you're right. 600 is nothing to be ashamed of. That's a lot of people! Just imagine them all, us all, live in person- that's a huge crowd to speak in front of. And God will use your videos for random people who have never heard of this channel yet. They will get your videos recommended at a time when God knows they need a specific word that you happened to make a video for. We will never truly grasp the number of people we minister to over time, especially when considering the compound effect. I help 10 people come to Christ, they help 10 more- I'm now directly involved with 10 and indirectly with 100 more! All led by God of course, but he used me. It's kind of like a pyramid scheme, but for good, for eternal life! You're at 600 subs right now and you'll never know how many of them came to Christ and you helped make that happen... It's a blessing and a curse. A blessing because not knowing the numbers keeps us humble. Curse because I'm a numbers guy and I'm insanely curious! Lol! Ok, not really a curse....
